        His Lorship granted decrees nisi of nullity to both Mr Frank Edmund CHARD of Somerset Road, Meadvale, Redhill, Surrey and Mrs Violet Maude Mary CHARD (otherwise NORTHCOTT) of Brudenell Road, Upper Tooting, holding that a marriage which the parties had contracted on May 15th 1933, was null and void on the grounds that at the date of the marriage the husbands first wife (whom he married in 1909) was still alive.
