Tuesday Before Mr J CRIPWELL (in the chair), Mr J H FORD and MR H de TRAFFORD
Sequel to motor Collision - Fred EARP, labourer, Cliff Brickworks, Kingsbury, was summoned for driving a motor-cycle combination in a manner which was dangerous to the public in Tamworth Road, Fazeley, on August 23rd. Defendant pleaded not guilty - Evidence was given that defendant pulled out from behind a bus and collided with a motor-cycle. - A fine of £4 was imposed.
