        Chinnor
        Poaching - At the same sessions, Philemon BRITNELL, was charged with trespassing in pursuit of game, in the day time, on land belonging to John BROWN, Esq., at Aston Rowant, on the 9th April. Fined £2, costs 12s 3d, and in default two months imprisonment with hard labour.

        Philemon BRITNELL of Chinnor, labourer, was charged by Thomas CROOK, of Chinnor, with stealing a sack of cut wood, value 6d, from a wood at Chinnor, on the 5th of April, the property of the Rev. Sir W MUSGRAVE, Bart. The defemdant did not appear, and a warrant was issued for his apprehension.

        Philemon BRITNELL, of Chinnor, labourer, an old offender, who did not appear, was charged with offending against the Night Poaching Act, at Chinnor, on the 13th July; fined, including costs, £3 12s, in default, to be committed to hard labour for two months.
