        MR. W. ANSCOMBE.
        The funeral took place on July 7th, at Streatham Park Cemetery, of Mr. William Anscombe, of 24, Bennerley Road, Wandsworth, late of Dover, who died on July 2nd at the age of 42 years. The mourners present were:- Mrs. Anscombe] (widow), Mr. and Mrs. C. Anscombe (brother and sister- in-law), Mrs. Curd (mother-in-law), Mr. A. Curd (brother-in-law).
        Floral tributes were sent from:- His loving Wife and children; Brother and Sister-in-law at Brighton; Sister Violet and Jim (Dover); Mrs. Curd; sisters-in-law Annie and Ethel (Dover); brothers-in-law Alf, Jack and Albert (Dover); Gwen (Dover); Irene and Victor (Lydd); Li and Alf (sister-in-law and brother- in-law) (Croydon); fellow workers at P. Jones, Chelsea. The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. F. Buckle, 395, King's Road, and 246, Fulham Rd., S.W.10.
