I Arthur GOODEARL of West End Road High Wycombe in the County of Buckingham Chairmaker hereby revoke all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament-------------------
I appoint my son Walter GOODEARL and my nephew Owen HAINES of High Wycombe aforesaid Chair Manufacturers (hereinafter called my Trustees) to be Trustees and Executors of this my Will And I appoint my dear wife Elizabeth Eliza GOODEARL during her life and after her death my Trustees to be the Guardian and Guardians of my infant children.-------
I give and bequeath all my plate linen china glass books pictures prints furniture and other household effects wether for use or ornament Unto my Trustees In trust to permit my said wife to use and enjoy the same during her life And after her death I give and bequeath the same unto and equally between such of my children as shall survive my said Wife to be fairly and equally distributed amongst them in such manner as they shall agree upon or in case they shall be unable to agree then as shall be settled by my Trustees whose decision shall be final. -------------
I devise and bequeath my three houses in West End Road High Wycombe aforesaid my two houses in Green Street High Wycombe aforesaid and all other my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereby otherwise disposed of Unto my Trustees In trust to permit my said Wife to occupy the house in which I now reside during her life free of all rent rates taxes repairs and other outgoings in respect of the said house and to pay to my said Wife the sum of one pound per week for the maintenance of herself and my younger children And from and after the decease of my said Wife Upon trust that my Trusees shall sell call in and convert into money my said real and residuary personal estates and shall stand possessed of the proceeds thereof and any accumlations of income of my estate during the life of my said Wife (all of which are hereinafter called the residuary trust funds) In trust for all my children who being sons have attained or shall atain the age of twent one years or being daughters have attained or shall atain that age or shall mary under that age in equal shares and if there shall be only one such child the whole to be in trust for that one child -------------
Provided always that if any child of mine shall die in my lifetime leaving a child or children who shall survive me and being a son or sons shall attain the age of twenty one years or being a daughter or daughters shall attain that age or shall marry under that age then and in every such case the last mentioned child or children shall take (and if more than one equally between them) the share which his her or their parent would have taken of and in the residuary trust funds if such parent had survived me and attained the age of twent one years.
