CHINNOR
Wedding - A quiet but picturesque wedding ceremony was performed in the Congregational Chapel last Wednesday, Mr Jabez WITNEY and Miss Maude LOVEDAY, both residing in this village, being the contracting parties. There were three bridesmaids, each dressed in light costumes, carrying dainty baskets of flowers. Choice plants and blossoms adorned the rostrum front, and together with the bright sunshine gave, as everyone wished, a happy augury for the welfare and happiness of the newly wedded pair. At the conclusion of the service Mr W H COCKS played the wedding march.
