        it is my Wish for my son Frank Wixon at the death of his Mother and me every thing to is Mother for her life and then to my son Frank on condition that to his sister May the sum of 20 Pounds and to his sister Dorothy Ruby 40 Pounds and his Brother Rupert 20 pounds the Bungalow to be Franks it was a present from Mrs L. D. Dutch to me I wish I could have left the others some thing but their is not any thing to leave and I hope I have done right

        Be it known that James Wixon of the Hollows Crowell Hill Chinnor
        in the county of Oxford
        Who died there on the 23rd day of May 1943 made and duly executed his last will and Testament and did not therein name any executaor . That Emma Mary WIXON the lawful wife of the said deceased and the mother of Frank Cyril WIXON (in the will called Frank WIXON) and as such the residuary legatee and devisee for life named in the said Will did in the lifetime of the said deceased.
        And be it further known that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration with the Will.
        (a copy of whereof is hereunto annexed) of all the Estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the deceased were granted by His Majesty's High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Oxford.
        to the said Frank Cyril WIXON of the Hollows aforesaid tractor driver son of the deceased the residuary legatee and devisee substituted in the said Will.

        And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wharein it is shewn that the gross value of the said Estate in Great Britain (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not benefically) amounts to £436 10s 10d
        abd that the said Affidavit bears a stamp of £2 10 0
        net value of personal estate £136 10 10
